30 DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE, EXCHANGES & RETURNS:

kensVentions.com ™ stands by every product we sell and we want you to be completely satisfied with the purchase you make. If any of kensVentions ™ purchases does not meet your expectations, you may return the item within 30 days of the date of receipt.

All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.

Special Notice: RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION #

All returns are for the original purchase price less shipping & handling and must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a Return Authorization Number email customer service at CustomerService@kensVentions.com or call Customer Service at 267-456-8810

Returns/Exchanges may be refused if the merchandise doesn't meet the conditions required for Returns/Exchanges. In the event a Return or Exchange is refused, the merchandise will be returned and the customer will be responsible for the shipping and handling charge. Return shipments are made at your own expense unless authorized in writing by our Customer Service Department.

NOTICE: If you have an email SPAM BLOCKER you may not receive your Return Authorization Number. You may need to disable your Spam Blocker temporally.
